Abstrakt
This paper reflects on the characteristics of convertible bonds as a source
of financing for the issuer and as a form of capital investment. The author
presents certain factors that influence the investment attractiveness of
convertible bonds and indicates opportunities that result from the investor’s
rights incorporated into these hybrid instruments. The empirical part of the
paper contains an analysis of particular features of convertible bonds the are
traded on the Catalyst market.
