Istotnym elementem funkcjonowania każdego państwa są wpływy pieniężne do budżetu. Praca obrazuje ogólną problematykę związaną z podatkami, w szczególności z podatkami pośrednimi. Celem pracy jest analiza podatków pośrednich, ich zastosowanie, występowanie w gospodarce oraz wysokość wpływów. Pierwszy rozdział to rozważania teoretyczne, czym są podatki, ich podział oraz funkcje i zasady podatkowe. W drugim rozdziale autor opisał podatki bezpośrednie. Zostały one dokładnie scharakteryzowane i opisane. Rozdział trzeci zawiera analizę podatków pośrednich, ważnych dla budżetu państwa. Autor opisał szczegółowo ich zastosowanie, stawki oraz zwolnienia i zwroty. Kolejny rozdział dotyczy wpływów pieniężnych do budżetu państwa, charakteryzuje budżet oraz omawia problem nadmiernego fiskalizmu na podstawie krzywej Laffera. Dodatkowo praca obrazuje udziały procentowe poszczególnych podatków w budżecie, w oparciu o raporty Ministerstwa Finansów. Cała praca jest próbą pokazania funkcjonującego w naszym państwie systemu podatkowego.
One of the most significant components of each states’ functioning are the proceeds to the budget. The project presents general issues connected with taxes, mainly with indirect taxes.. The aim of the study is the analysis of indirect taxes, their application, the occurrence in the economy and the amount of the proceeds. The first chapter presents the theory, what are the taxes, their distribution, functions and tax rules. In the second chapter the author depicts direct taxes. They are thoroughly characterized and described. The third chapter contains the analysis of indirect taxes, which are important for the government budget. The author characterises their application, rates and slackening, and diversions. The next chapter deals with the financial proceeds to the government budget, presents budget and discusses the issue of excessive fiscal policy based on the Laffer curve. Additionally, the project illustrates the percentage shares of particular taxes in the budget, based on the reports of the Ministry of Finance. The entire project is an attempt to demonstrate the tax system in our country.
