Szkolenia, rozwój i ocena pracowników to niewątpliwie droga do sukcesu każdej
firmy. Szkolenie to inwestycja, która pozwala firmie osiągnąć maksymalne zyski i pozycję
lidera.
Poprzez programy szkoleniowe odpowiadające nowoczesnym i najbardziej
wzrostu gospodarczego i rozwoju społecznego całego kraju. Rynek szkoleń w Małopolsce
kształtują wyspecjalizowane podmioty prowadzące szkolenia zawodowe. Omówiono
najnowsze wyniki badań rynku szkoleniowego w Małopolsce oraz Program Operacyjny
Kapitał Ludzki, czyli szkolenia współfinansowane z Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego w
Małopolsce. Istotne informacje dostarczył opis modelu systematycznego szkolenia - LLL
mapie Unii Europejskiej. |

Trainings, development and performance appraisal of employees are undoubtedly the
best way to achieve success for every company. Training is an investment that allows the
company to get maximum profits and a leadership position. The patterns of social and
economic development are changing and information and knowledge, particularly new
knowledge, new ideas and new concepts showing how to use them in practice, are becoming
the driving force to a much greater extent. This proves how important trainings for employees
are. Through training programmes, corresponding to modern and most effective standards of
training adults and taking the enterprises’ needs into consideration, the success of companies
in the sector of small and medium enterprises is shaped. As a result, it contributes to the
economic growth and social development of the whole country. The training market in the
Małopolska region is shaped by specialized entities conducting professional trainings. The
latest results of the training market research in the Małopolska region and the Human Capital
Operational Programme, i.e. trainings co-financed by the European Social Fund in
Małopolska, were discussed. Essential information was provided by the description of the
systematic training model - LLL (Lifelong Learning) and the influence of external factors on
constant employee training. The results of the research and the training programmes, such as
the Human Capital or Lifelong Learning, show us that the real community of learners and
teachers, the community in the European sense, has the chances to survive owing to the
emphasis put on the development of society and economy based on knowledge. In this
context, the company’s success appears to be a particularly well prepared enterprise, trained
to play an important role on the educational map of the European Union. |
