Autor pracy podejmuje próbę udowodnienia tezy, że wielokrotne aukcje internetowe mogą być efektywnym sposobem na sprzedaż nagrań muzycznych w Internecie oraz bada uwarunkowania jej efektywności. Doświadczenie, które w przeszłości nabył jako muzyk, doprowadza go do wniosku, że artysta powinien szukać własnych sposobów na sprzedaż twórczości w Internecie – niezależnie od wielkich koncernów fonograficznych, ponieważ zyskuje przez to pełną swobodę twórczą i szerszy wpływ na formę, którą może zaprezentować w sieci. Z analizy dostępnych w Internecie modeli biznesowych wynika, że żaden z obecnie istniejących nie spełnia w wystarczającym stopniu swojej funkcji. Sposobem na poprawę sytuacji i dostępności muzyki w przestrzeni hipermedialnej mają być muzyczne aukcje internetowe. Licytacja jest formą przetargu kojarzoną zwykle ze sprzedażą dóbr w obiegu wtórnym, dóbr kolekcjonerskich czy też dzieł sztuki. Tym razem jednak mogłaby być wykorzystana do sprzedaży muzyki w specjalnie sformatowanym, internetowym serwisie aukcyjnym. O tym jak bardzo efektywny to model biznesowy, świadczyć może sukces najpopularniejszych portali aukcyjnych w Internecie. Zdają się to także potwierdzać ilościowe i jakościowe badania przeprowadzone przez autora pracy. W zakresie podmiotowym badania dotyczyły zarówno melomanów jak i muzyków czy producentów nagrań muzycznych, dzięki czemu możliwe było poznanie opinii obydwu stron. Praca składa się z pięciu rozdziałów. W trzech pierwszych zaprezentowane jest teoretyczne tło problemu efektywności, wykorzystania sieci internetowej jako kanału dystrybucji i sprzedaży nagrań muzycznych. Dwa ostatnie stanowią praktyczne rozwinięcie tematu efektywnej sprzedaży muzyki na aukcjach w Internecie w oparciu o dostępne materiały źródłowe, przeprowadzone badania bazujące na ankiecie internetowej wysyłanej do wybranych celowo grup melomanów i muzyków - użytkowników portalu społecznościowego Facebook i indywidualnym wywiadzie pogłębionym oraz analizie mocnych i słabych stron przedsięwzięcia. |

Autor of this research attempted to prove the thesis that multiple online auctions can be an effective way for the sale of music records in the Internet and examined conditioning of its effectiveness. The experience he gained in the past as the musician, took him to the conclusion that an artist should search for its own manners on selling artistic work in the Internet - independently on large music labels because an artist gains the full artistic licence and the wider influence on the form which he can present online. From business models' analysis available in the Internet resulted, that none from existing isn't fulfilling his function in the suffictient degree. To the improvement of the situation and availabilities of the music in the hypermedial space music online auctions are supposed to be a manner. The auction is a form of the tender associated usually with the sale of goods in secondary circulation, collector's goods or also art works. Nevertheless, this time it could be used for the music sale in the specially formatted Internet auction service. Effectiveness of this business model can be proved by the success of the most popular auction portals in the Internet. Quantitative and qualitative analysis conducted by the author of the research seemed also to confirm it. In the subjective scope the research concerned both music lovers and musicians or producers of music albums, for this reason it was possible to know the opinion of both sides. The research consists of five chapters. In the first three chapters there is a theoretical background of effectiveness problem, the use of Internet as a distribution channel and the music albums sale. The last two chapters constitute practical development of the effective music sale on Internet auctions, based on available source materials, examinations being based on an Internet questionnaire form sent to chosen on purpose groups of music lovers and musicians - the users of social networking website Facebook, individual in-depth interview and SWOT analysis of the company. |
