Szkolnictwo zawodowe a rynek pracy - analiza na przykładzie szkół zawodowych w Nowym Sączu

Abstract

Celem niniejszej pracy jest przedstawienie roli i zadań, jakie spełniają zajęcia praktyczne w przygotowaniu uczniów do zawodu. Obejmuje ona zagadnienia związane z kształceniem zawodowym i rynkiem pracy – w ujęciu teoretycznym ukazano problematykę zmian dokonujących się w gospodarce i na rynku pracy, omówiono również system kształcenia zawodowego w Polsce i jego problemy. Analizie poddano oferty edukacyjne szkolnictwa zawodowego, jego dopasowanie do potrzeb rynku pracy oraz poziom przygotowania zawodowego uczniów w świetle dotychczasowych badań. Z kolei opierając się na badaniach własnych, określono rolę i zadania szkół zawodowych z terenu Nowego Sącza w przygotowaniu praktycznym uczniów do wyboru zawodu.

The aim of this thesis is to present the role and tasks of the practical classes in preparation of the students for the profession. It covers issues related to vocational education and the labor market - in theory the issues of changes taking place in the economy and the labour market were shown and also the training system in Poland and problems connected with it were discussed. The educational offers of vocational education, its adaptation to the needs of the labor market and the level of professional training of students in the context of previous studies were analyzed. On the other hand, on the basis of own research, the role and tasks of vocational schools in the area of Nowy Sącz in practical preparation for the profession were defined.
